Welcome Letters:

We are very religious about sending out welcome letters to both the new member and their sponsor within 24 hours. We also set up your replicated (company) website and email you a confirmation on this task within 24 hours as well. If you have not received your welcome letter or website there are three reasons:

1. Most commonly, we have not been added your your contact list and our emails are going into your junk folder. Make sure these two email address aer added to your contact list: regenesis2x2@gmail.com and support@regenesis2x2.com
2. The faxed copy of your application was not clear and we could not read your email address.
3. An email address was not included on your application

Make sure to add us to your contact list and we will have your information sent to you again and when enrolling new members, please have them add these two email addresses to their contact list to prevent challenges like this occurring.

What Methods of Payment Are Available For Outside of The USA?

At the moment the only method of payment outside of the US is money order in US dollars. The best thing to do for a group is to have one person in charge who collects the money and app's and then they send them all together once a week to cut down on the shopping costs because I know it is expensive to send individual app's from overseas.

We will be adding additional payment options soon. I'm going to take a couple of weeks to do this just to make sure we are ready because when we add these alternative payment options this will explode worldwide like it has in the US...I want to make sure we are prepared!

Back Office:

You can now log into the MEMBER LOGIN SECTION of your company website where you can download documents such as:

• clean copy of the fax on demand
• sample ads and advertising resources
• follow up letters that we use
• detailed explanation of the 2x2 pay plan

The programmers are also working to get the downline reports and commission stats linked to the websites. Our plan is to officially link this section of the back office to our websites on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. We are waiting a few extra days because we have to train an additional 3 customer service employees / along with our current support department on how to use the system and how to properly address the many customer service issues that will arise when our 1,700+ members begin accessing the system.

Conference Calls:

We added a Sunday Conference call so the new schedule is Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm Pacific Time, 9:00 pm Eastern. Call in at 646-519-5860 pin code 3434#.

Online SignUps:

We are also working on the implementing online signups, which means your prospects will be able to fill out the application online and then enter their banking information and the application and check form will be emailed directly to us for processing. This will be convenient and will add to the "state of the art" component that we are after with the website sign up process and this feature is coming soon!

Regenesis Updates 3-17-09

ReGenesis is exploding! Last week our sales doubled from the week before and the week before that doubled from the previous week. And, based on the activity we’re seeing so far this week, it looks like we are on track to double yet again! This email will provide you with an update on ReGenesis, along with answers to some of the more common questions that I have been receiving from our members during the past week.

Current Projects: We have some very important projects that we are working hard to complete, however, as a result of this very fast growth it is taking us a little longer to complete these tasks as it is very important for us to stay on top of the daily activities associated with supporting our rapidly growing company. The tasks that we are working on right now all involve improvements to the website:

1. Most important is the back office where you will be able to see your downline and commission stats 24/7, and a support center where all of the documents that we have been mailing in the welcome package will be accessible for download immediately upon becoming a ReGenesis member.
2. We are also adding additional payment options, which will particularly be geared towards our International friends who can join us now, however, at the moment the only payment options for those outside of the US is to pay by money order in US Funds.
3. Online Signups. We will also be altering the signup process, which will provide new members the ability to sign up online.

These are our current tasks and we are working around the clock to complete these projects one at a time. We expect for back office and the document download center to be completed and accessible within the next few days and next week we will be working on the online signup process so hang in there and be assured that all of these projects will be completed very, very soon and these are top, top priorities for us!

A Word on Welcome Letters: As a member of ReGenesis you probably know that we issue welcome letters to new members very quickly. Certainly within 24 hours, and, in most cases, within just a few hours of joining, a new member will be emailed a detailed and professional welcome letter. However, every day we receive emails from people telling us that they are not receiving their welcome letter and there are only three reasons why this will ever happen:

1. We can’t read the email address in which case we will attempt to get the correct email address from their sponsor.
2. The new member did not provide an email address on their application.
3. Our email is not recognized and inadvertently ends up in the junk folder. This is the most common reason why a new member will not receive our welcome email.

Please, make sure your prospects add two email addresses to their contact list: regenesis2x2@gmail.com and support@regenesis2x2.com – by doing this they will be assured of receiving all email correspondence from ReGenesis, including their welcome letter when they join ReGenesis!

A Common Question: Why do we not receive email addresses with our leads? Our legal counsel has strongly suggested that we do not provide email addresses with our leads. Addresses are fine for mailing, phone numbers are fine for making calls as all phone numbers have been scrubbed against the do not call list, however, spam is a big issue and if we give out email addresses and these people are solicited it is considered spam and that could not only get you in trouble, but it could get us in trouble as well.

The Recruiting System: What many don't understand about this program is the fact that we are all working this together. It is not 100% on the company’s shoulders to do the recruiting.... Here's why.... when members add Commission Centers, or activate more than 1 Commission Center (like MOST do) these additional Commission Centers are placed where needed, in the company matrix... this fulfills recruiting units, it also spreads people around so they stand to pick up more spillover - AND it causes passive people to cycle and make money!

A Common Question: If I Have Multiple Commission Centers Can I Recruit People Beneath Each of Them? The answer is no. Any personal recruiting that a member does has to be done beneath their #1 Commission Center as this will help their SPONSOR to cycle more often / and earn matching bonuses. So why encourage your recruits to activate more than 1 Commission Center? It’s very simple; they stand to make more money by activating multiple CC’s -and if they are making more money they are going to be more excited - and if they are more excited they are going to be sharing the opportunity with others – and if they are sharing the opportunity with others they are going to sponsor more people – and if they sponsor more people these people are going to be placed beneath their #1 CC, which is the CC that you sponsored – and if they are sponsoring more people under CC #1 they are going to make more money, and so are you in the form of additional cycles and 100% Matching Bonuses!

I’m confused when you say the matrix pays out $1,200 per month! The matrix pays out $800 "per" 2x2 cycle... $400 to the person who filled their 2x2 matrix and a $400 matching bonus to their sponsor. You are right that the $1,200 figure is confusing and we are in the process of re-wording this in a way where it doesn't create this confusion. When we use the $1,200 figure what we are referring to is as follows: If a person is passive we are going to sponsor 2 people into their matrix - we further project that, since we are doing the same for those 2, this would create 1 cycle and 2 matching bonuses per month... for a total of $1,200... Remember, even when we sponsor 2 "for you" you are indicated as the sponsor, which means you will earn the matching bonuses from their cycles. Keep in mind that these figures are projections and results do vary from one matrix to the next - some move faster, some move slower, and personal recruiting on top of what we do for our members will cause most matrices to move much, much faster!

What is The Best Way to Promote ReGenesis? We are asked this question all the time and the answer is any method of promotion can work! The key is to get people into the information pipeline so they can get all the details on ReGenesis and you do this by inviting them to listen to the information line (800-676-8530), viewing your website and / or fax on demand (800-621-1987), and listening to a conference call on Tuesday or Thursday at 6:00 PM Pacific Time (9:00 Eastern), 646-519-5860, pin code 3434#. All of the tools are in place - it's just a matter of bringing people through the prospecting system so they can get all the details on this outstanding opportunity.

We use many different methods of advertising including: inbound and outbound telemarketing, ads in newspapers, including USA Today, magazine ads, direct mail, fax blasting and email marketing, etc…. it all works! What makes it work big is getting a large number of people to check out the opportunity! The support system has been designed to do the majority of the explaining and the recruiting for you!

Greetings for a second time!

Just got notified from JW that the back office is up however, I.T. is still testing it and JW wants to get a training email out on how to use the backoffice.

One more thing I wanted to remind everyone is the length of time between the time the pay period ends on Friday at 5:00 pm Pacific Time and the time the checks end up on our mail boxes.

The following week, payroll is processed and mailed out via Priority Mail.
Depending of the area of the U.S. you live in, delivery is either Monday/Tues/Wed. Approximated 6 Business days (10 Calandar days) after closing of the pay period

Regenesis 2x2 Updates 3-16-09 #1

Greetings Regenesis Dream Team!!

I've got an email in to JW as to the status of our back office and self replicating websites. I will keep you posted when I hear something back.

Starting today, I'm holding off from making any more custom websites. Everyone is doing an EXECELLENT job of introducing the program to others, quite frankly, I'm overwhelmed. Hopefully, the company website will be sufficient. JW is in the process of putting member contact info and ID#s on all the company self replicated sites. He and his I.T. team are also in process of online signups with accepting electronic checks.

Over the course of the next few days, I will try to put together a Regenesis "specific" training blog with tips and previous info/update emails. Just refer your new people to the blog to bring them up to speed.

I'm continusly asked about how to make websites, videos and where to market. I use a service from ezleadcapture.com to build my websites and everything I know about making videos, I learned on the attached ebook, TubeTraffic. I have also put together a "Generic" Marketing Blog at http://619cash.blogspot.com.

Everyone has their own preference to marketing. Mine happens to be Search Engine Optimization. One of the quickest ways to get noticed in Google is to post ads on both CraigsList and BackPage that are "Content Rich" with "Key Words". Just by doing that will get you positioned nicely. Also Press Releases and Blogs. All I did was make a blog with my video and the text from the sizzle call and it fluxuates between page 1 and page 2 of Google when you type in Regenesis 2x2. I also use TubeMogul to distribute my videos worldwide.

Also put the sizzle call number, 1-800-676-8530, on speed dial on your cell phone and play it for people on speaker phone for everyone you come in contact with. Also go to VistaPrint.com and get some drop/business cards (with pictures of money on them) with something to the effect of ==> Make Money FAST <==, Call 1-800-676-8530 for a 4 minute overview. Your Name, Phone and most important your website address and hand them out to people as your "Own Personal Stimulas Package".
